Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and innovative Contract Instructional Designer / Developer who specializes in using Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline). The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and experience in fast-paced production environments. This role involves designing comprehensive product training for client partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop complete courses using Articulate 360 tools (Rise and Storyline), ensuring high-quality, engaging, and interactive learning experiences from concept to launch.
  • Utilize Rise for effective storyboarding, laying the groundwork for courses that are both informative and visually appealing.
  • Create facilitator and participant guides for Instructor-Led training programs.
  • Create assessment strategies.
  • Develop program outlines, content outlines, storyboards, and design documents.
  • Create and edit multimedia assets, including graphics, audio, and video, to enhance learning materials and engagement.
  • Curate and integrate content from various sources, including subject matter experts (SMEs), to develop comprehensive learning experiences. Incorporate activities, videos, and simulations to enrich the course offerings.
  • Work seamlessly with offshore development teams, contributing to a collaborative global production environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in instructional design including Articulate 360 tools (Rise and Storyline).
  • Strong writer.
  • Ability to edit and create multimedia assets to support learning objectives.
  • Experience curating content from a variety of sources to create cohesive and engaging courses.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with offshore development teams.
  • Comfortable working within a 24-hour production cycle and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous work in course design and development with Articulate 360.
