Vetting Process

Our rigorous vetting process ensures we are networked with the top learning and development industry talent. Learning staffing professionals ourselves, we understand what it takes to be innovative, collaborative, and accountable.

Talent Pipeline

  • We start by keeping a continuous talent pool flowing into our remote résumé headquarters. We are members of Linkedin groups, industry, specific communities, ATD, etc, and we love referrals from our existing resources. We post jobs and interview candidates on a daily basis to qualify them.
  • Once review the résumé and online portfolio, we make a decision whether or not the candidate can move to the next step. In order to move through the next step, they must meet 7 criteria points to be pushed forward, and the team must agree unanimously, but they are worth an interview.
  • During the interview process, which is much more like a conversation, we ask the candidate to walk through the recent samples and discuss the recent project work. They’ve completed. This interview is conducted via video and it’s one on one.
  • If the interview is successful, we onboard them to CapeTalent and put them in queue for their next project.
  • Continued excellence. We check in with our clients and candidates once a month to ensure they are hitting their project, milestones and meeting or exceeding the expectations of our clients.
  • Our Gola Cape, Talon is develop long, lasting relationship relationships with our consultants and our clients equally. You can’t have one without the other. We firmly believe and integrity, accountability and collaboration and treating people fairly and paying them a fair wage.
